Asbestos Sampling Service

We will undertake sampling of any suspected Asbestos Containing Material to identify if Asbestos is present. Samples are analysed by a UKAS accredited laboratory and results can be available within a few days.

Asbestos Management (Non-Domestic Premises)
Since May 2004, people responsible for non- domestic premises built before 2000 (including those managing communal areas in residential buildings & landlords) are required by law to know about any Asbestos Containing Material (ACM's) present in their premises, its location, condition and how to manage it. This requires each building to have an Asbestos Register and have an Asbestos Management Plan in place.
To achieve this, you will need to commission an Asbestos Survey which will provide you with an Asbestos Register Report for your building with clear guidance and recommendation on the content of your Management Plan.

Ongoing Support (Annual Condition Surveys)
Once ACM's are identified and in good condition, they may not need to be removed. If this is the case, we can undertake Annual Condition Surveys to monitor the condition of the ACM and update the Asbestos Register Report to comply with HSE Regulations.
We make a nominal charge for this service provided we undertake the intial survey.

Asbestos Removal
We do not directly undertake the removal of Asbestos Containing Materials but we work with professional and licenced companies who specialise in this type of work and can arrange for quotation/site visit to determine scope and cost of work. We maintain contact throughout the removal process to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively to your complete satisfaction.
We provide this service at no additional cost.
